YLÄMÄKIALAMÄKI (Sevitio Oy, 2167173-5) sells products to individuals of legal age in Finland. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Delivery terms:

1. Delivery time

The delivery time of our products is usually 2 – 5 working days. We always strive for the fastest possible delivery. We contact customers as soon as possible by email or phone if we notice that the delivery time is taking longer than normal.

2. Delivery methods and prices

All orders are delivered through Matkahuolto and for now only to the domestic area. The delivery price (pickup from the Matkahuolto pick-up point) is €5.90 – €10.90 depending on the size of the package. The delivery price of the bike is €50/bike. Pickup from the store is always free of charge and is possible during the store’s opening hours. We charge €10 for uncollected packages.

3. Payment methods

Svea Payments Oy (Y-ID 2121703-0) acts as the provider of the payment brokerage service. The payment options are bank online payments, card payments (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Busines Eurocard) as well as invoice and payment in installments.

4. Exchange and return conditions

Products purchased from the online store have a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The return period (14 days) starts when the customer has received the product. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products, the product labels must be attached to the products. We do not accept returns after the 14-day return period has expired, and we do not accept returns sent by cash on delivery.

If the delivered product is defective or incorrect, the customer must report the error immediately to the address info@ylamakialamaki.fi If the package is damaged or lost during transportation, it is the customer must immediately report the matter to Matkahuolto.

Returning the product takes place at the customer’s own expense. You can return the package either through Posti or Matkahuolto. Exchanging or returning products to the store is free of charge for the customer. More detailed return instructions come with the order.

5. Prices

We reserve the right to cancel the order in case of “obvious price errors”. A clear price error refers to a possible pricing error of the product in the online store in such a way that the price of the product deviates significantly or significantly and clearly considerably from the correct price of the product.
Clear price errors can include the following examples:
– if the product has a price of EUR 0.00 or no price at all
– if the price of a tent worth hundreds of euros is stated as e.g. 39.90 euros. (comma errors)

6. Obstruction / delay of delivery due to external reasons

YLÄMÄKIALAMÄKI is not responsible if the delivery of the order is prevented, made difficult or delayed due to circumstances beyond the control of YLÄMÄKIALAMÄKI, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, official decision, disruption of public traffic or other similar events in the ylamakialamaki.fi online store. from activities that complicate or prevent activities.

7. Change of conditions

YLÄMÄKIALAMÄKI reserves the right to change the online store, its practices and order and delivery conditions at any time. If the conditions are changed, YLÄMÄKIALAMÄKI will notify you of the change. The amended terms and conditions apply to orders placed after the change has been announced on the online store’s home page.

8. Cancellation of order

The customer can cancel his order if the delivery has not taken place within a reasonable time. Cancellation of the order must be notified to info@ylamakialamaki.fi or by calling 020 712 0460. Usually, we inform our customers by email or phone if the delivery time differs from normal. YLÄMÄKIALAMÄKI also reserves the right to cancel the order and return the money to the customer’s account.
